Professional AV Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine AV Engineer to join our team at Searchability. As a Marine AV Engineer, you will work with cutting-edge technology, handle intricate installations, and play a vital role in delivering projects on time.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of networking and network architecture, as well as practical experience with digital audio systems like Qsys or BSS. You will be responsible for hands-on work with complex audio-visual, mechanical, and electrical systems, including AV integration, lighting, HVAC, security, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of AV systems for marine vessels
- Integration of various systems, including lighting, HVAC, and security
- Commissioning and quality control of installed systems
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Crestron DM and NVX systems
- Strong knowledge of networking and network architecture
- Practical experience with digital audio systems like Qsys or BSS
- Competency with lighting systems (Crestron, Lutron) for programming and installation
- Skilled in fault finding, commissioning, and quality control
- Excellent communication, team collaboration, and time-management skills
