As a Control Automation Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems with a focus on PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), robotics, and control automation. This role requires a strong understanding of industrial automation systems and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, including PLCs, robotics, and other automation equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the reliability and efficiency of control automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical and control system issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement automation solutions that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements while performing electrical and automation tasks.
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on control automation systems.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrician or Automation Technician with a focus on PLCs, robotics, and control automation.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting electrical and control system issues using diagnostic tools and software.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages.
  • Familiarity with robotics systems, servo motors, and motion control technology.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
