Job Title: Senior Data Strategist


At Bauer Media Group, we're seeking a skilled Senior Data Strategist to contribute to our commercial data strategy.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Maintain, monitor, and optimize audience targeting and identify new opportunities to improve targeting solutions.
  • Create best-in-class campaign reports for customers, making actionable recommendations and supporting measurement and insight solutions.
  • Create and maintain resources to support sales teams promoting our data products.
  • Support sales teams with commercial data requests, providing training, targeting recommendations, and insights using various tools.
  • Identify and communicate insights from Bauer's data that deliver commercial impact.
  • Help build, brief, and maintain data visualization dashboards and regular reporting related to commercial data solutions.
  • Support the team with projects related to our commercial data offering.

Requirements:



  • Experience working with, analyzing, and identifying trends in data.
  • Confidence using Excel, including pivot tables and formulas.
  • Experience with data visualization software like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Ability to translate data into compelling and actionable insights.
  • Commercially focused mindset for identifying opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Interest in the media landscape and the increasing role of data and technology.
