Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our Wealth Planning team within the Financial Advice arm of the business. As a Client Support Specialist, you will provide important support to advisers and their clients to provide a smooth client-centric service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a smooth client onboarding process
- Provide organised client communication relating to ongoing business, queries, arranging meetings, diary management and processing of instructions
- Managing cash movements and balances
- Administration of client information onto back-office systems/platforms
- Assisting with ad hoc office duties
- Preparing for client appointments
- Being a main point of contact for clients
Requirements:
- Previous financial services experience
- Proactive approach with strong communication skills
- Organised, proactive and observant
- Desire to progress within Financial Planning industry
