• Administering payroll and benefits, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payments and benefits
• Coordinating recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and preparing offer letters
• Developing and implementing HR initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention
• Analyzing data and metrics to inform HR strategies and recommendations
