We are seeking an IT Service Desk Apprentice to join our internal IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with IT support related issues, and performing general duties across the remit of the Service Desk Activities.
The ideal candidate will have good general education, strong numeracy and literacy skills, basic computer literacy, and demonstratable communication skills. Previous customer service experience and knowledge of computer hardware and software are desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls in a professional, confident, and timely manner

- Shadow experienced team members to develop troubleshooting skills
- Contribute to maintaining the service desk knowledge base
- Participate in regular training sessions and self-study activities
- Support basic IT system administration tasks
