Job Summary

We're seeking a Senior RME Technician to join our team. As a key member, you'll work closely with us to adopt the latest technologies, identify efficient ways of working, and maintain high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor equipment performance through visual checks, condition-based monitoring, and preventative maintenance tasks
  • Supervise technicians on shift to support their development and act as the first point of contact for Reliability Maintenance Engineers
  • Solve issues in equipment to reduce downtime for operations so they can process packages as quickly as possible
  • Support finding ways to continually improve systems and standardize processes across the EU network
Requirements:
  • Apprentice trained with HNC, HND, NVQ level 3 or relevant experience in a technical leadership role
  • Relevant experience working in both electrical and mechanical disciplines
  • Advanced proficiency in verbal and written local language and basic proficiency in English
Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per year
