Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner Opportunity
Nuffield Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner to join our Outpatients team at Warwickshire Hospital.
About the Role
- Work on a varied caseload using state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and facilities.
- Supervise, support, and develop junior members of the team.
- Deliver high-quality care and experiences for patients, ensuring clinical effectiveness, evidence-based practice, and patient satisfaction.
- Be trained as a Surgical First Assistant or be prepared to undertake the training with Nuffield Health.
- Contribute to clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility, motivation, and a commitment to promoting evidence-based practice.
