We are looking for a talented researcher to join our team at the University of Oxford. As an Education Researcher, you will be part of a collaborative research study focused on maximising the benefits of intervention research to support language and communication in children.

About the Role

This fixed-term, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to participate in an important programme of work that aims to improve the experiences and outcomes of children with communication needs, while gaining excellent research experience and opportunities to collaborate with national and international researchers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a collaborative research study led by Professor Cristina McKean
  • Join a team of researchers working on a programme of research that addresses issues of equity and representation in research
  • Participate in a 12-month fixed-term contract

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in a relevant field or equivalent research experience
  • Excellent research skills and a strong track record of publication
  • Experience of working in a collaborative research environment
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. The University of Oxford offers a range of benefits, including access to a pension scheme, flexible working hours, and a generous holiday allowance.
