Care Team Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Coordinator to join our team at PSR Solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional care and support to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our residential care home, working closely with the Registered and Deputy Managers to maintain high standards of care and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of support workers to provide person-centred care and support to young people
- Develop and implement effective care plans that promote independence and wellbeing
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
- Level 3 Children's Residential Care qualification
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
- Experience of working in a residential care setting, preferably with young people with complex needs
- Competitive salary: £33,012 - £40,051 per annum
- Bonuses: up to £2,880 per year for sleep ins, attendance allowance up to £1,400 per year, regional allowance, responsibility allowance, welcome bonus, and loyalty bonus
