This position is ideal for those looking to test the waters before embarking on their teaching career. As an Unqualified Geography Teacher, you will support KS3-KS5 Geography students in and out of class, developing your teaching practice alongside 'Outstanding' qualified Geography Teachers.
About the Role:- Support subject teachers across different subjects (humanities only) and support students' development academically
- Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
- Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom
- A unique opportunity to train as a Geography Teacher (Schools Direct) - commencing September 2025, gaining a year's invaluable classroom experience PAID prior to teacher training
- A competitive daily rate of £120 - £140 (Term Time Only & Monday to Friday)
- The chance to work in a 'Leading Training school' in the vibrant London borough of Lambeth, easily accessible from various locations across London
- Opportunities to excel across the school within a specialist role
- A 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University and relevant degree
- An aspiring Secondary Teacher
