About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Engineer to join our team in North London. As a Senior Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of service and repair on all cleaning equipment, ensuring the delivery of a world-class service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and Repair: Maintain a high standard of service and repair on all cleaning equipment, ensuring the delivery of a world-class service experience.
  • Communication: Regularly communicate with Regional Service Manager and effectively communicate daily with regional scheduler to assist operations.
  • Documentation: Complete documentation of work orders promptly on Oneview FS365, ensuring accurate records are created.
  • Stock Control: Control van stocks in accordance with customer base – ensuring 5% difference adhered to during all stock takes.
  • Sales Leads: Identify and communicate sales leads to relevant sales person.
  • Customer Relationships: Promote healthy relationships with customers and the One Professional Team.
  • Tool Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment to a satisfactory and safe condition.
  • Training and Development: Participate in on-job coaching with Regional Manager ensuring personal development plan is relevant.
  • Elevated Duties: Elevated duties in absence of Regional Manager if required.
  • On-Call Work: Where required, attend reactive weekend on-call work orders (few and far between).

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: 3 GCSEs at Grade 4, or equivalent, including English and Maths, and formal mechanical/electrical qualifications.
  • Experience: Proven experience in the service and/or cleaning industry or willing to fast track through training.
  • Skills: Fantastic communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team, excellent organisational skills, and ability to improvise and be conversant with customers.
  • Education: Full UK driving licence essential, and willingness to travel and stay overnight if required.
  • Language: English (fluency required).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: £38,000 - £39,250 per annum.
