Key Responsibilities:- Bar Operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of our Bar, ensuring that high standards of service and quality are maintained at all times.
- Liquor Stock Management: Oversee the management of our liquor stock, including ordering procedures, stock rotation, and weekly/monthly stock takes.
- Cellar Management: Liaise with suppliers to ensure that our Bar cellars and equipment are well maintained and up-to-date.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of Bar staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Service Standards: Develop and implement initiatives to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction, while maintaining high standards of service and quality.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the Club meets all relevant Health and Safety and Food Safety Management requirements.
- Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as requested by the F&B Manager, ensuring that the Bar operations run smoothly and efficiently.
