Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Security Lead to oversee and manage the security operations within our secure facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our personnel, assets, and sensitive information while maintaining compliance with all relevant government regulations and standards.

  • Assist the company in gaining FSC and IPSA accreditation by working closely with the project and management teams.
  • Develop, implement, and manage security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the highest level of facility security.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address security concerns and incidents, including conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proven experience as a Secure Facility Controller or similar role in a government-regulated environment.
  • Extensive Government and regulatory security and information security experience.
  • High-level knowledge of Security-related legislation and its application to the industry.
  • DISA: The Role of the Security Controller would be desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Risk management and ISO27001.
