High-Tech Manufacturing Technician

As a High-Tech Manufacturing Technician, you will work closely with the engineering team to develop and improve layout procedures and process sheets. With 1-3 years of manufacturing experience and proficiency in assembling and soldering electronics, you will utilize various hand tools to assemble high-quality products. Our team follows lean manufacturing principles and encourages self-directed teaming environments.
Key Qualifications:- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Assembly, solder experience and/or electronics manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with 5S & lean manufacturing knowledge
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $44,000, based on an hourly wage of $21 plus a $2 shift differential. Benefits also include tuition assistance, adoption assistance, paid parental leave, disability insurance, life insurance, and paid time-off for vacation or illness.
