Altogether Care is seeking a reliable and caring Minibus Driver to join our team at our Weymouth Care Home. As a Minibus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting our clients to various destinations, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the journey.

We are looking for a confident driver with a full UK driving licence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families. If you have a can-do attitude and are passionate about providing exceptional care, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport clients to and from various destinations, including local beauty spots and tea rooms
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of clients during transportation
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
