About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Designer to join our team at Next Careers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take on a key role in shaping our brand from the ground up.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and elevating key pieces for any wardrobe, ensuring the brand ID is fluent throughout the range. They will also communicate effectively with suppliers and build strong relationships.

This is a full-time role based at 'The Barn' in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. Our teams here benefit from a creative, collaborative and open plan working environment that boasts comfort and exceptional design.

About You:
  • You have a background as a mid-level to Senior Designer within a UK brand and proficiency in jersey and woven designs.
  • You possess a deep understanding of current trends and brand interpretation, coupled with a talent for translating them into customer-relevant styles.
  • You have confidence in Adobe Creative Suite and the ability to produce polished tech packs from concept to completion.
  • You have exceptional communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and guide the design process seamlessly.
