Senior AV Technical Support Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AV Technical Support professional to join our team at LabCentral, a leading life sciences and biotech hub. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to work at the intersection of strategy and support, delivering exceptional technical support to our employees and residents.

The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in managing Microsoft 365 platforms, handling multi-disciplinary technical requirements, and supporting enterprise desktop environments. A strong background in system design, desktop support, SaaS support, and networking is crucial.

This role requires a strong ability to think critically, solve complex technical problems, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing connected endpoint and SaaS support, maintaining excellent technical user experience, and addressing potential issues through proactive measures. Collaboration with the Director of Information Services to develop best support practices, standardize processes, and improve overall support experience is also key.

Key qualifications include expertise in Microsoft 365 SaaS Administration, JAMF and Intune administration, Windows/MacOS and iOS support, LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi support, and printer support. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of cloud services, asset inventory, and change management.

LabCentral offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $67-$87k, with the potential to earn a 10% bonus based on company performance, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
