About this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:

This is an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work within the commercial team on a large-scale upcoming scheme. As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved from pre-construction through to final account.

Responsibilities of Senior Quantity Surveyor:

  • Be responsible for a section of works in a large-scale project
  • Be involved in the project from pre-construction through to final account
  • Experience administering both JCT and NEC forms of contract
  • Mentor junior members of the team

Requirements for this Senior Quantity Surveyor Role:

  • HNC / Construction-related degree
  • Experience managing your own project or large packages of work
  • Live within commutable distance to our office
