About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Ark Elvin Academy. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the school's mission to provide an excellent education to our diverse community in Brent.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience working in a school setting or a similar environment. You will be responsible for providing HR support to our staff, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about education and has a keen interest in HR. You will be a team player with high standards of professionalism and courteousness, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide HR support to staff, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support the school's mission
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies
  • Provide training and development opportunities to staff
