Role Summary

The Support for Education Worker is responsible for providing high-quality support and care to students with additional support needs in mainstream primary and secondary school environments. This role involves working with children who have Complex Learning Needs to Additional Learning Needs and requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include provision of care and support, building positive relationships, promoting positive behavior, and supervising medication administration and personal care. To be successful in this role, you will need a commitment to supporting students with additional support needs and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, comprehensive benefits package, and ongoing training and development opportunities are available.
