Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Northstar Travel Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients in the travel and meetings industry.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
- Business Management
- Manage exhibition and event floor plans to ensure accurate and timely delivery
- Contribute to the development and execution of event promotions
- Supply accurate sales data to colleagues as required
- Leadership and People Management
- Compile, analyze, and report sales figures to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Experience
- Proven track record in digital media sales and exhibition sales
- Experience in the travel and meetings industry

- Solution selling and ROI delivery
- Exhibition stand and sponsorship sales
- Ambassadorship and leadership
- General business awareness and creative thinking
- Strong goal orientation and effective communication
- Project management skills and experience working collaboratively with multi-platform teams
- Individual achieves or exceeds agreed monthly/annual/product/project revenues
- Develops new revenue to target from defined target client list annually
- Supports new product development through engagement and development of productive relationships with key decision makers in key accounts
- Cultivates client relationships across multiple countries to grow future revenues
