We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our team. As a key member of the Back of House team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during busy services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the kitchen team in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Actioning tasks requested by the Duty Chef or Duty Manager
- Working effectively under pressure to meet deadlines and contribute to team-driven results
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to use initiative to problem-solve, and possess excellent communication skills. You will also be dedicated to self-improvement and strive to represent Trading Post Coffee Roasters in a professional and positive manner.
We offer a competitive salary of £29,000 - £33,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you will benefit from:
