Job Title: Maintenance Engineer

ATA Recruitment is working in partnership with a leading FMCG manufacturer in Bradford, West Yorkshire, to find a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance and service of all equipment on site, working as part of a large on-site maintenance engineering team of 12 engineers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing planned and reactive maintenance tasks on production equipment
  • Working with electrical and mechanical systems, including reading schematics and utilizing test equipment
  • Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
  • Collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Requirements:
  • Electrical or mechanical NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a high-speed production or manufacturing environment, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
