About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic individual to join our NHS Income Team in a permanent role that offers a chance for development within an evolving financial environment.

This exciting opportunity will involve working together with several team members to ensure the Income Team's monthly reporting and billing data are as timely and accurate as possible.

Applicants should demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, intermediate or better Excel skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Raise invoices for clinical income, including inter-trust and devolved administrations.

As appropriate, raise credit notes and replacement invoices to resolve disputes.

Maintain the 'Maternity Lead Provider Database' and deal with any anomalies in a timely manner through discussion with colleagues.

Provide support with processing wider team monthly billing locally priced supplementary data analysis.

Develop a process to ensure aged debts are managed and dealt with in a timely fashion.

Provide monthly positions and year-end forecasts.

Qualifications

  • GCSE or equivalent Mathematics - Grade C or above.

  • Experience of achieving deadlines on time.

Knowledge
