Principal Property Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Property Surveyor to provide technical advice and assurance on asset management matters for a central government agency.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading on issues associated with the occupation of property and will have a strong background in commercial property practice, land law, and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical advice and assurance on asset management matters
  • Lead on issues associated with the occupation of property
  • Develop and implement property management strategies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Commercial property practice experience
  • Detailed knowledge of land law
  • Negotiation skills
  • Market knowledge
  • Property management practice and/or lease advisory expertise
  • Minimum 5 years PQE in a similar role
  • MRICS or FRICS qualified

What We Offer:

  • Up to £500 per day Inside IR35
  • 6 months likely extension
