Product Digital Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Digital Specialist to join our IT/Tech organisation, working remotely with regular visits to our UK office. This permanent role offers a competitive salary between £50-70K, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies, transitioning from traditional analogue to digitally enabled environments.
  • Lead customer installation visits and serve as the primary point of contact for queries, ensuring seamless customer experience.
  • Design and develop technical data sheets and training materials to support new product launches, aligning with UK market needs.
  • Deliver training sessions to internal and external stakeholders on new products, guaranteeing effective knowledge transfer.
  • Conduct thorough product testing to ensure robust, reliable, and customer-centric product releases, meeting UK market standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Bids, Commercial, and Sales, to leverage product capabilities and drive business growth.
  • Analyse customer needs, identify new product opportunities, and conduct competitor analysis to inform product development.
  • Coordinate new product launches in the UK market, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Provide technical support during initial product releases, including customer onboarding and service, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Required Skills
  • Significant B2B product marketing experience in technology, with a focus on hardware and software products, including IP, Cloud, 4G, and 3G.
  • Proven track record of new product launches in the UK market and customer-facing experience, with a strong understanding of UK market dynamics.
  • Ability to create and deliver training materials, ensuring stakeholders are equipped to support new products, and drive business results.
  • Experience working in a global organisation with diverse cultures and environments, with a strong understanding of global market trends.
