About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Senior Design Manager who can lead our design team and deliver high-quality design work on projects across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and manage design programmes, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.
  2. Collaborate with appointed design consultants to ensure they meet project requirements and standards.
  3. Provide design input at preconstruction and construction stages of projects.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering complex design projects from a main contractor perspective.
  • Strong understanding of site procedures and contract management.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
