Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, support, and develop our Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Lead investigations and conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and working instructions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on company processes and procedures.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement culture across the business to drive excellence and innovation.
  • Assist in internal and external audit exercises to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.

Desirable Skills and Experience:

  • Working knowledge of ISO systems and quality management principles.
  • Experience in conducting investigations and root cause analysis.
