Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Night Operations Manager to join our team at Fairmont Windsor Park. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's overnight operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service
- Deliver exceptional levels of customer service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure the security of the hotel throughout the night, conducting regular checks and responding to any incidents or accidents.
- Health and Safety
- Conduct regular health and safety checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Operational Support
- Provide operational support to all departments as needed, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Requirements
- Leadership and Communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Attention to Detail
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining high standards of service and safety.
- Problem-Solving
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and respond to unexpected situations.
- Technical Skills
- Micros and Opera PMS experience is a must, with a strong understanding of hotel operations systems.
