Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position for a Technical Sales Support Manager at ZinCo Green Roof Systems Ltd. located in Witney. The successful candidate will provide technical support to the sales team, assist with client inquiries, prepare technical documentation, and coordinate deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to the sales team, ensuring seamless customer interactions
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including product information and training materials
  • Coordinate deliveries and manage logistics to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Technical Sales, Customer Support, and Product Knowledge skills
  • Experience in preparing technical documentation and providing training
  • Project Management and Coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of green building technologies is a plus
  • Ideally with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
