About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Cameron Clarke Associates. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for print and digital media, including brochures, signage, marketing campaigns, and POS materials.
  • Collaborate with our design manager to ensure consistency and quality across all design projects.
  • Work independently to manage workload and meet deadlines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.
  • Provide design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and align with their brand guidelines.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a variety of roles and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, good communication, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable and able to work across multiple design projects while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Capable of working on own brand and license brands, following guidelines while pushing the boundaries to achieve the best possible solution.
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic, consistently working hard and diligently.
  • Adaptive to changing project requirements and open to incorporating feedback and suggestions from the brief allocated.
  • Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
  • Positive and committed person who loves a varied working day and is involved in many different projects.
  • Being a good team player and working productively alongside the design manager and our small team of designers.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience working with CMS platforms.
  • Experience using video editing software such as After Effects or Premiere Pro.
  • UX/UI knowledge from wireframes to responsive design to prototyping.
  • Knowledge of XD or Figma or Sketch.
  • Knowledge of CSS and HTML and an understanding of how websites are built and work.
