We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality Management team at MINI Plant Oxford. As a Quality Management Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the plant's process for quality steering within vehicle improvement projects, data analysis, and problem reporting for customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the plant's process for quality steering within vehicle improvement projects
  • Analyze data and report on customer complaints
  • Enhance the quality management system (QMS)
  • Develop and align project status reports
  • Monitor warranty data and identify rising trends and problem areas
  • Compile and issue monthly data reports
  • Validate solutions of topics, including process checks and audits
Requirements:
  • Currently studying an Engineering undergraduate degree, e.g. Mechanical Engineering, and on track for a 2:2 or above
  • Evidence of working with people and with responsibility for clearly identified deliverables
  • Good technical knowledge of automotive vehicles
  • Creative and able to follow a logical and systematic approach
  • Very good IT skills (including Microsoft Office and ideally VBA) with the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • An aptitude for using and developing IT tools
  • Interest in Quality Management
  • Valid UK driving license
