Job Summary

Festival of Work is seeking a skilled Systems Support and Training Lead to lead the development and delivery of training programmes.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of training programmes to support the creation of an effective training rollout plan and company-wide roll out of the new bespoke system.
  • Collaborate with the existing team to create training materials and deliver coaching and training for the current (and new) workforce, both virtually and face-to-face.
  • Ensure the effective use of training solutions, such as webinars, reference guides, PowerPoint slides, handouts, and user guides.
  • Maintain a high level of presentation skills, presenting training to staff in a clear, confident, and enthusiastic manner.
  • Hold a driving licence due to travel requirements within the role.

This is a permanent position with a salary range of £48,000-£58,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 30 days holiday, opportunity to buy/sell annual leave, hybrid working, and lifestyle benefits.
