We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team at The Sterling Choice. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing reactive and preventative maintenance, responding to breakdowns, and electrical fault finding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage maintenance activities to ensure optimal equipment performance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to prevent downtime and reduce costs
  • Conduct electrical and mechanical fault finding and repair
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 / HND or equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
  • 18th Edition Electrical Regulations BS7671 (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
