Key Responsibilities- Manage employee health records in compliance with legal requirements
- Contribute to data collection and reporting to monitor performance and achieve key objectives
- Supervise junior colleagues and provide guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement occupational health policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive approach to employee health and wellbeing
- Registered Nurse on Part 1 of the NMC register
- Hold an occupational health qualification, for example certificate, diploma or degree
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good IT skills and knowledge of relevant legislation relating to Occupational Health
- Understanding of confidentiality and GDPR compliance
