About the Role:The Client Advisory Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of Client Advisors in providing exceptional client service and driving business growth. This role will involve managing a portfolio of corporate clients, developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Client Advisors in providing client service and driving business growth
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including developing and implementing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives, including sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge
- Proven experience in client advisory or a related field, with a strong track record of leadership and team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong knowledge of the insurance industry and market trends
