Role Overview

As a Volkswagen Group Dedicated Mechanic for The AA, you will be the key to keeping all brands, including VW Passenger, Commercial, Seat, Skoda, Audi, and more, on the road. You will have the variety of work by working on a range of vehicles daily, while delivering five-star customer satisfaction ratings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and solutions.
  • Work independently, managing workload and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications with relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of working on one or multiple VWG brands or vehicles.
  • Full Category B driving license with 6 points or less.
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays.
