CR Civil Engineering, part of the RSK Group, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the contractual and financial aspects of construction projects in South West Wales, UK.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage contract documentation and advise on tender and post-contract matters.
- Prepare and issue contractual letters and emails to clients and subcontractors.
- Conduct site measurements and prepare early warnings.
- Prepare and submit variations, compensation events, and interim valuations.
- Liaise with site management to issue and update programs.
Requirements:
- Current CSCS card.
- BSC Hons in Quantity Surveying or HNC/HND in a construction-related course.
- QS experience in the construction industry.
- Ability to use own initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
