We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nurse with exceptional leadership skills to join our Portfolio of Medicine and Unscheduled Care in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. The successful candidate will provide professional and operational leadership to the nursing teams, ensuring the highest standards of practice and safe, effective person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical expertise and ensure the day-to-day operation of services.
- Develop and manage designated teams to facilitate the delivery of appropriate care to the patient population.
- Work closely with the Portfolio leadership team, including the Pathway Managers, Chief Nurse, Clinical Directors, and service teams.
- Take a lead role in working with Senior Charge Nurses to deliver person-centered, quality care.
- Provide care assurance and the delivery of safe, quality nursing services.
The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent, with substantial post-registration experience in a clinical or managerial setting. An attractive relocation allowance of up to £8,000 is available to successful candidates.
