About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Systems Specialist to join our team at Shared Services Partnership. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and stability of our organization.

As a Financial Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our financial systems, including billing, reconciliation, and time recording. You will also be responsible for producing reports and implementing financial controls to ensure the smooth operation of our finances.

You will work closely with our clients and suppliers to ensure that our financial systems are running efficiently and effectively. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with our fee earners to ensure that they can use our case management system properly.

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You should have a sound understanding of corporate finances and systems, as well as a working knowledge of legal case management systems.
