Head of Health, Safety, and Environmental Quality

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Head of Health, Safety, and Environmental Quality to join our team at Elliot Marsh. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HSEQ strategies, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving sustainability and safety initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSEQ strategies in line with industry standards and legal regulations
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards and industry regulations to effectively manage risks
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to protect personnel and project integrity
- Drive sustainability and safety initiatives, promote a security-conscious culture, and ensure all team members are trained and accredited to meet high standards
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications/certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH
- Minimum of 10 years experience operating within the HSEQ field
- Ability to communicate with individuals and teams at all levels, including technical and non-technical
