Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Planner to join our team in St Helens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating development sites, conducting research and analysis, and managing projects including preparing and submitting planning applications.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate development sites and identify potential solutions.
- Collaborate with consultant teams and local planning authorities to deliver projects.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform decision-making.
- Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in planning or an environmental/sustainability-related field.
- Proven experience in planning and project management.
- Excellent analytical and research skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £27,500 - £33,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits that support your career growth and well-being.
