Job Overview:
Central Building and Welding Academy is seeking a skilled locksmith to join our team as a Locksmith Trainer.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs that cover multiple aspects of locksmithing.
You will work with small groups of adult learners to develop their locksmithing skills while supporting them in achieving their long-term career goals.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a full-time or part-time basis, offering flexibility around your other commitments if needed.
You will be given autonomy to develop the locksmith's academy and collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure that our CBWA training programs are among the best in the industry.
- Teaching and assessing experience is desirable but not essential.
- A strong desire to take ownership and drive quality is essential.
If you do not currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, we offer support through the relevant qualifications and assessments as part of your probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Work with learners to develop their locksmithing skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve training programs.
Salary and Benefits: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
