We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Champion to join our team at Change Grow Live. As a key member of our community outreach team, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals affected by drugs and alcohol to achieve their recovery goals.
About You:
- You will have lived experience of drug or alcohol misuse, enabling you to empathize with our service users and provide tailored support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with good IT skills, are essential for this role.
- You will be able to build strong relationships with individuals who have multiple needs, remaining non-judgmental and empathetic at all times.
- Confidence in working independently and as part of a team is crucial, as is the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- You will be required to travel as needed, including in areas where public transport is limited.
