We are seeking a skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our Legal Services team at Duncan & Toplis. As a trusted partner to our clients, we provide a full range of services, including accountancy, tax and business advice, audit, HR, marketing and sales, payroll, wealth management, legal and probate, IT solutions, and support for international trade.

The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting legal documents, managing their own workload of wills, lasting powers of attorney, and inheritance tax planning files. They will also have excellent communication skills, being able to communicate effectively with clients and third parties via email, letter, and telephone.

Key responsibilities include:
