Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Upholstery Specialist to join our team at Tech Connect Group, a leading company in aircraft interior design and refurbishment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for refurbishing and repairing fabric and leather seats, as well as upholstering seats, fitting carpets, and replacing coverings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Refurbish and repair fabric and leather seats to a high standard.
  • Upholster seats, fit carpets, and replace coverings to meet customer expectations.
  • Patterning, cutting, and sewing fabrics and leather materials to precise specifications.
  • Operate industrial sewing machines with proficiency and accuracy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Training in upholstery or soft goods refurbishment.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
  • Manual dexterity and craftsmanship skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions.
  • Precise and accurate working methods.
  • Reliable and flexible attitude.
