Construction Project Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Estimator to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive estimates for construction projects.

• Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and site conditions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to determine project scope.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in contract negotiation with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project progress and costs throughout the construction process.

• 5+ years of experience as an Estimator and/or Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and costs.

• $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
