Senior Director Clinical and Epidemiology Project Lead

Join a Global Pharmaceutical Leader in Innovative Vaccine Research and Development
Pharma Search is seeking a highly experienced Senior Director Clinical and Epidemiology Project Lead to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our vaccine business, you will play a critical role in developing the Clinical and Epidemiology strategy for all key Hepatitis B assets on a global basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and oversee Phase I through IV clinical and epidemiological studies, ensuring global considerations are integrated into strategic decisions.
- Align the Clinical and Epidemiology Plan (CEP) with the overall product strategy, maintaining the highest scientific rigor and quality of design in clinical and epidemiology studies.
- Accountability for medical and human safety aspects of clinical and epidemiology programs.
- Lead a team of Senior Clinical Research and Development Leads, CRDLs, Senior Epidemiologists, and Epidemiologists assigned to the development program.
- Provide medical, clinical, and scientific support to Marketing/Business Development throughout the product life cycle.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge and experience within clinical research in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally within paediatrics, obstetrics and gynaecology, infectious diseases.
- Outstanding medical, clinical, scientific, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others at various levels and across multiple disciplines and environments.
