Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chef to join our team at the Horseshoes. As a Chef at Premium Country Pubs, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food to the highest standards, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen is of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients and adhering to our strict food safety guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are in good working order.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating clearly and respectfully with colleagues to ensure that every guest receives an exceptional dining experience.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes, working closely with our culinary team to ensure that our menu offerings are innovative and exciting.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a similar environment, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A passion for food and cooking, with a commitment to using only the freshest ingredients and adhering to our strict food safety guidelines.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills, with a commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
